Every order from the eve edit is wrapped with care and dispatched with the calm, slow intent behind this brand. Below is everything you need to know about how your order travels to you.

 

dispatch times  
All orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. During seasonal periods, dispatch 
times may extend slightly.

delivery  
UK delivery is included in all edit prices. Parcels are sent via Royal Mail Standard Delivery unless otherwise noted.

tracking  
Some parcels include tracking; some do not. If tracking is available for your order, you’ll receive it automatically.

packaging  
Your order will arrive in our soft, minimal packaging system — carefully wrapped to protect the contents and maintain the ritual feel of the eve edit experience.

 

delays  
Royal Mail delays can occur during peak times. If your parcel is significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll support you.

incorrect addresses  
If you entered an incorrect address, please email hello@theeveedit.co.uk within 12 hours of placing your order. After dispatch, changes cannot be made.

 

lost parcels  
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, email us and we’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
