returns & refunds

At the eve edit, every order is prepared with care and intention.  
Because each piece is curated in small batches, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged  
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Eligibility for replacements or refunds  
• Damage or breakage during transit  
• Incorrect item received

 

What we cannot accept  
• Change-of-mind returns  
• Used items  
• Requests made more than 48 hours after delivery  
• Items without photographic evidence of damage
